Policy Statement

If something goes wrong please don't hesitate to reach out to me immediately when the issue arises.

The below policies only extend to the timeframe of within 14-60 days of purchase but exceptions may apply.

Lost/Misdelivered Mail

Once I have sent out your package I can not guarentee when it will arrive or how safely it will arrive. I make every effort to package my products for safe delivery but I can not guarentee your mail service won't damage or manhandle your order.
However, I am more than happy to resolve lost/misdelivered mail, within 60 days of purchase, in the following ways: 

1. Order Replacement with some Extra Gift/s

Order Mistakes

I am not perfect! And a mistake may happen with sending the wrong items or even one is missing, as soon as your item arrives please reach out to me within the 60 days of purchase so that we can organize a new package to be sent out or a refund of that missing item can be made.

Unsatisfied with Product 

If you believe that the product you recieved is not what was advertised please reach out to me within 60 days of purchase so that we can organize something together. Usually in the form of a refund of the item only (we do not refund shipping expenses if the item does arrive at the destination)
